Job Responsibility
Build, update, and improve the core ServiceNow system so it works smoothly for everyday users
Set up and optimize standard ServiceNow tools, specifically focusing on IT Service and IT Operations Management
Create smart, automated workflows and organize how IT assets and data connect with each other
Connect ServiceNow securely to other business systems and software, allowing data to flow smoothly back and forth
Set up rules for how different systems talk to each other, fix connection errors, and monitor data health
Help build and maintain the mobile app version of ServiceNow
Requirements
Proven experience delivering at a senior level across the platform
Advanced configuration using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
Hands-on experience configuring and optimising ITSM and ITOM modules
Strong background in data modelling, CI relationships, and CMDB design
Expert in designing synchronous/asynchronous REST/SOAP integrations (inbound and outbound)
Proficient with Integration Hub, Spokes, MID Server, and payload handling (JSON/XML)
Experience supporting and developing ServiceNow mobile apps
