Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with Agile methodologies
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Partner with developers and architects to design and validate scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Conduct UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of delivered functionality
  • Ensure compliance with platform governance, security, and performance standards
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base updates related to AppEngine workflows and enhancements
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle
  • Support peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years working with ServiceNow (strong hands-on experience with AppEngine, custom/scoped applications, and Flow Designer)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA/SCA) – mandatory
  • Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and execution
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD (knowledge of S2P is an advantage)
  • Experience with automated testing approaches and quality assurance practices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multinational or matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and quality focus

  • Good understanding of ServiceNow module S2P is an advantage
