Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with Agile methodologies
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Partner with developers and architects to design and validate scalable ServiceNow solutions
Conduct UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of delivered functionality
Ensure compliance with platform governance, security, and performance standards
Maintain documentation and knowledge base updates related to AppEngine workflows and enhancements
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle
Support peer reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years working with ServiceNow (strong hands-on experience with AppEngine, custom/scoped applications, and Flow Designer)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA/SCA) – mandatory
Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and execution
Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD (knowledge of S2P is an advantage)
Experience with automated testing approaches and quality assurance practices is a plus
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multinational or matrixed environments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and quality focus
Nice to have:

Good understanding of ServiceNow module S2P is an advantage
