We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with specialized expertise in the Accounts Payable (AP) module to join our client's innovative ServiceNow team. This role focuses on capturing and implementing comprehensive AP use cases, enabling efficient workflows and business optimization on the ServiceNow platform.
Job Responsibility:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, especially in the Finance unit, to document and analyze AP workflows and requirements
Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements tailored to the ServiceNow AP module
Use Case Development: Create and prioritize AP use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiency through automation within ServiceNow
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
Project Coordination: Assist in planning timelines and deliverables for AP-related initiatives while providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and challenges
Delivery Support: Act as the bridge between the Finance unit and the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuring successful implementation of AP-related features
Requirements:
5+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow expertise
Proven success in implementing the ServiceNow AP module
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module capabilities
Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a strong asset
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders effectively
