If so, the Emerging Security Assurance (ESA) team in Microsoft’s CISO organization is looking for you. We’re seeking a Service Engineer who blends operational rigor with analytical insight to turn service telemetry, incident data, and system signals into operational clarity and action. In this role, you’ll drive improvements across service health, incident management, and automation, partnering closely with engineering and operations to make data‑informed decisions that scale security and reliability for low‑code ecosystems and AI/agentic workloads. The ideal candidate balances technical curiosity, operational discipline, and collaboration skills. You communicate clearly under pressure, coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders, and translate patterns in data into tangible engineering actions. Familiarity with Microsoft engineering fundamentals and compliance guardrails will help you hit the ground running.
