A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join its growing digital transformation team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to shape meaningful, user-centred services across high-impact public and private sector programmes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead service design activities across the full lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
Map and optimise end-to-end user journeys and service ecosystems
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and users
Translate research insights into actionable service improvements
Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers
Champion best practice in service design and user-centred design methodologies
Requirements:
Proven experience in service design within complex environments
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive strategic decisions
