Job Description

A leading consultancy is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join its growing digital transformation team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to shape meaningful, user-centred services across high-impact public and private sector programmes.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead service design activities across the full lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
  • Map and optimise end-to-end user journeys and service ecosystems
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and users
  • Translate research insights into actionable service improvements
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers
  • Champion best practice in service design and user-centred design methodologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service design within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive strategic decisions
