Job Responsibility

  • Lead and Deliver: Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, managing assignments and fostering high-performing teams
  • Design Excellence: Champion design excellence in every aspect of our firm. You will use end-to-end methods including service blueprinting, swimlane development, and ecosystem mapping
  • Innovate with AI: use AI technologies to help with idea generation and innovation, and you know how to use AI to solve real business problems
  • Shape Strategy: Spearhead challenging projects, shaping design strategy and implementation while exceeding user needs and solving complex business challenges
  • Grow Business: Contribute to business development by creating new client offers and leading proposals and pitches
  • Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects

Requirements

  • A Product Launcher: experience in the design and launch of digital products and services
  • Some UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance

  • Some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK
