Requirements

Experience (3 to 5 years) working as design strategist and service designer within consultancy firms
University degree in design related careers (Industrial design, graphic design, etc.) with specialization-master in service/strategic design/innovation
Experience in service design and innovation strategy
Graphic design and visualization communication skills
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills English and Spanish
storytelling, pitch development, etc.
Curious and passionate for learning new things / humbleness + ambitious for growing
Extraordinary attitude: Always willing to help and add value with a readiness to jump in and work with a diverse group of people and spearhead brainstorms and conversations

Job Responsibility

Support in solving design problems end-to-end, from identifying user needs to the final product/service/concept
Execute the design research process on projects which includes defining research goals, frame and design necessary research activities to help empathize with users to achieve those research goals -including Quantitative research
Execute the strategy and design process on projects which includes building creative/strategy rationales based on a strong analysis methodology for user understanding, modeling frameworks, service blue prints, brainstorming new strategy/service experience concepts, designing and visualize them in order to best communicate to the team and other stakeholders
Conduct secondary research, including trend benchmarking and competitor analysis
Collaborate with other designers, developers, and researchers to bring integrated and holistic value to our clients
