Job Description:

The Senior Service Attendant at The Westin Nanjing Xuanwu Lake oversees responsibilities such as maintaining cleanliness, ensuring adherence to quality standards, supporting guest well-being, and adhering to company requirements while being part of a diverse and inclusive organization.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including cleaning and restocking
maintain cleanliness and proper setup of work areas
follow safety and security policies
comply with company guidelines for professional appearance
ensure quality and presentation of all items
develop positive working relationships within the team
respond to concerns of other employees
assist guests according to company standards
perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
ability to work on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
proficiency in communication and team collaboration
adherence to safety, security, and quality standards
