At Vertu Ford Bolton, we’re proud to be part of one of the UK’s largest motor retailers, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor to join our friendly and established team. We are offering a basic salary between £34,000 and £37,000 depending on skills and experience, along with a range of excellent company benefits. Being a Senior Service Advisor means more than just handling bookings – it’s about delivering outstanding customer experiences, leading from the front, and ensuring the highest standards are consistently met. Job Responsibility:

  • Clearly setting expectations and providing regular updates
  • Ensuring company and manufacturer standards are maintained at all times
  • Working towards and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer
  • Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience

Requirements:

  • The ability to manage complex customer situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Previous experience supporting or leading a team
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A full UK driving licence
