Job Responsibility:
Be the key link between our customers and the workshop
Keep customers informed, explain work clearly, and offer products or services that add value and safety
Follow up to make sure customers are happy with the work completed
Help us keep our customer satisfaction levels outstanding
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
Confident, kind, and clear communication—spoken and written
Ability to plan your day and stay organised when it’s busy
A focus on doing the right thing for customers and colleagues
