The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the primary point of contact for service customers, building strong and lasting relationships
Leading and mentoring the service team to deliver exceptional standards and achieve departmental targets
Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality
Coordinating with the workshop to guarantee timely, efficient service delivery
Managing complex customer expectations and providing proactive communication throughout the service journey
Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling and promoting additional products
Supporting the Service Manager with strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
Previous customer facing service experience
Previous experience within the role is essential
Customer focus
Relationship maintenance skills
Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
