We’re working with a growing organization to add a Senior SEO Manager who will own and scale organic search strategy across a multi-market footprint. This role is highly visible and plays a key part in driving qualified traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting overall demand generation efforts. Job Responsibility:
Lead enterprise SEO strategy across national and regional markets
Own technical SEO initiatives (site architecture, crawlability, indexation, site speed, etc.)
Partner with web and engineering teams to implement best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data
Drive keyword strategy and content direction aligned to search intent
Oversee local SEO efforts to improve visibility across multiple markets
Establish and track SEO performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize growth
Analyze performance trends and implement data-driven improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with paid search, analytics, and content teams
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in SEO (technical + content)
Experience managing SEO for large-scale or multi-location websites
Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies
Ability to turn search data into actionable insights and strategy
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams
Nice to have:
Experience with leading SEO tools and platforms
Familiarity with large CMS environments and templated page structures
