We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help us build the industry’s best search experience for travelers. In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with Product, UX, Content, Localization, and PR to improve traffic, engagement, and revenue across our marketplace and editorial surfaces. You’ll shape how our pages are structured, how our content meets user intent, and how search engines and AI platforms interpret and retrieve our information. Your work will directly support our ambition to win in both traditional search and AI-driven discovery, ensuring our content is visible, trusted, and easy to understand - for users and AI systems alike.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure our landing pages and content are aligned with user intent and structured in a way that improves how both users, search engines and AI systems understand, retrieve, and engage with our information
Improve the clarity, quality, and usefulness of our landing experiences by identifying content gaps, structural issues, and opportunities to better support user journeys
Drive A/B testing for metadata, content order, UX elements, and other factors influencing traffic and engagement
Analyze and report performance across SEO and AEO channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Content teams
Support the evolution of content formats - UGC, video, summaries, and structured insights, to improve user engagement and AI retrievability
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues across indexation, crawl behavior, internal linking, structured data, and page rendering
Ensure SEO requirements are embedded into product development, content workflows, and cross-functional roadmaps
Requirements:
5–8+ years of SEO experience across product-led businesses, marketplaces, or large content ecosystems
Demonstrated experience working with Product, UX, Engineering, and Content teams - able to communicate both technical and user-centric concepts clearly
Experience with modular content design, structured data, and passage-level optimization
Familiarity with how AI systems retrieve and interpret content, including entity relationships and conversational queries
Strong execution skills across technical SEO, content strategy, and structured on-page optimization
Strong analytical skills: can interpret data, form hypotheses, and translate insights into prioritized actions
Proficient in Looker, GSC, crawl tools (Screaming Frog), and SEO platforms (Ahrefs)
