Working at Taazaa Martech Studio means partnering with ambitious growth-stage and mid-market companies to deliver measurable business outcomes through performance marketing, SEO, content, and marketing automation. We operate as a marketing studio—not a task-based agency—where strategy, accountability, and outcomes matter. We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager (Team Manager – GEO, AEO & Organic Growth) to lead and scale our SEO practice. This is a senior leadership role, not an individual contributor position. The role requires 10+ years of deep SEO experience and at least 5 years of managing SEO teams. You will own SEO strategy, team performance, capability building, and outcomes across multiple client accounts. We are specifically looking for a leader who understands that SEO is evolving into Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), entity-led search, and AI-influenced discovery, and is excited to lead this transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy across assigned client accounts
  • Define SEO roadmaps aligned with business KPIs
  • Continuously evolve SEO approaches based on changes in search behaviour, algorithms, and technology
  • Ensure SEO initiatives are outcome-driven and tied to measurable growth metrics
