As Senior SEO Manager, you will lead the development of advanced SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients. Reporting to our SEO Director, you will manage SEO & GEO programs, guiding a team of SEO professionals, and collaborating with teams to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO & GEO strategies tailored to client goals, encompassing technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building projects
Lead technical SEO programs for enterprise-level accounts, ensuring best practices are applied to enhance site performance and search rankings
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexation
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, providing recommendations to achieve desired outcomes
Oversee the creation and maintenance of SEO roadmaps, ensuring delivery of projects within budget constraints
Use data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and develop datasets for reporting
Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness
Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging a culture of learning and professional development
Support our team of developpers to enhance our proprietary tools
Learn & Create AI workflows to improve productivity
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in SEO, minimum, working for client as a consultant or an in-house SEO
Ability to work with large datasets, using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms to find applicable insights
Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for large-scale websites
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent) as well as automation tools (n8N, Make or equivalent...)
Previous experience leading project teams and mentoring junior team members
