Join a Multi-Disciplinary Powerhouse: Senior SEND Practitioner. Do you view behaviour as communication? Our new specialist school in Chaldon is looking for practitioners who thrive in a therapeutic environment. You will work side-by-side with our intervention teams to implement sensory and emotional regulation strategies that actually work. Focus: Autism, Social Communication, and SEMH. Approach: Positive, empathetic, and evidence-based. Role: Be the vital link between clinical intervention and classroom success.
