This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity company and play a critical role in shaping our customer and partner relationships across the region. You’ll be instrumental in supporting strategic opportunities, designing impactful solutions, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to both customers and channel partners.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and design effective cybersecurity solutions
Deliver compelling in-person and remote product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to each customer
Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand the value of Rapid7’s solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process
Partner with channel teams to provide technical training and support to drive partner-led opportunities
Contribute to events, industry roundtables, and local marketing efforts as a thought leader and Rapid7 evangelist
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer and market insights
Requirements:
A passion for solving technical problems and helping customers succeed
Strong technical knowledge in security solutions and operating systems
Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (other languages a plus)
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with enthusiasm and proactivity
An understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams in achieving success
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) and network security concepts is highly desirable
Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
