As a Senior Security Services Consultant – Machine Identity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leading the design, implementation, and adoption of Certificate Manager solutions across enterprise environments. You will partner closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Machine Identity Protection strategies focused on PKI, certificate lifecycle management, SSH key management, and cloud-native security. This role requires strong technical consulting expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
Job Responsibility
Lead the design, deployment, and implementation of Certificate Manager solutions
Advise customers on Machine Identity Protection strategies, PKI architecture, certificate lifecycle management, and SSH key security
Drive customer engagements from planning through execution and successful adoption
Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, and customer stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
Support integrations across cloud, DevOps, and enterprise infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to customers
Contribute to reusable deployment methodologies, best practices, scripts, and technical documentation
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while acting as a technical subject matter expert
Requirements
4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, PKI, IAM, Machine Identity, or enterprise security environments
Strong understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL certificates, SSH key management, and authentication technologies
Experience deploying enterprise security solutions within complex IT environments
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with DevOps and automation technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or REST APIs
Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, databases, virtualization, and networking
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in customer-facing environments
