We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Security Consultant to join our Melbourne or Adelaide Office. This role will allow you to further develop your expertise security consulting, whilst contributing to projects both nationally and internationally. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of technologies and will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects across numerous industry sectors under the guidance of highly experienced mentors. As a senior, you will support the growth, development and leadership of a talented cohort of security designers, engage directly with clients, facilitate workshops, and build lasting relationships. We are currently delivering numerous landmark projects across the Transport, Defence, Data Centre, Sport and Entertainment, and Aviation sectors. There is also scope with this role to broaden your skills and, if interested, gain exposure to other specialist disciplines, including ICT systems, with opportunities to work alongside recognised subject matter experts, contribute to flagship projects, and shape integrated technology solutions that directly enhance client outcomes.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in security risk management, master planning, CPTED, and physical electronic security design
Australian citizenship (essential) with a current Defence Security Clearance or ability to obtain
Current VIC or SA Security Licence, and ability to obtain licence in other states
Qualifications in Security Risk Management, Security Science, Engineering, or a related field
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and mentor Junior Consultants within the team
Proven ability to win work and to manage finances on projects
