Job Description:

Hang Seng Bank is seeking a Senior Securities Sales and Marketing Manager to drive securities revenue and customer growth, develop business plans, manage marketing campaigns, and monitor competitive actions. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, strong communication skills, and detailed knowledge of the financial and stock markets.

Job Responsibility:

Drive Securities revenue and customer growth by planning, managing and implementing business projects and marketing campaigns
Assist to develop business plan in identifying sales opportunities and drive securities projects/marketing campaigns to achieve annual revenue target and to uplift leadership of HASE securities services adhering to the Bank’s overall strategic and operating objectives
Work closely with the bank's relevant key stakeholders to develop marketing programs to promote securities services
Monitor competitive actions and recommend initiatives to grow the business

Requirements:

University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
10+ years of relevant experiences on project and marketing campaign management
Good knowledge of financial industry and stock markets
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with detail-oriented mindset
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes
Proficiency in both written English and Chinese
