Senior Securities Research Analyst - ESG/Sustainable Finance

• Serve as individual contributor in Global Research and Economics Group supporting Wells Fargo Securities
• Provide research coverage with wide knowledge of business, marketplace and clients
• Engage business to provide exceptional service to clients
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Support development of ESG strategy for external client engagement and internal projects
• Partner with senior bankers to create client-specific materials on ESG considerations
• Research competitive dynamics, market developments, investor trends, and industry best practices
• Develop segment specific ESG analysis to support strategic client dialogue
• Support development of innovative products and solutions addressing ESG-related needs
• Provide research and create presentation materials for CIB's Net Zero by 2050 and sustainable finance goals

• 4+ years of Securities Research experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Investment banking experience post MBA / CA
• Prior Environmental Social Governance (ESG) experience, analytics and sustainable finance experience is preferred
