Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city’s most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
  • Premium service experience is highly regarded
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must have or able to obtain an RSA certificate
