Job Responsibility

  • Drive maintenance strategy to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
  • Solve recurring faults with smart technical fixes
  • Develop and execute electrical maintenance plans
  • Oversee mechanical repairs and emergency interventions
  • Manage spare parts procurement and supplier coordination
  • Collaborate across departments and with external technical partners

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid experience of 7-10 years in industrial maintenance field (particularly in the sheet metal industry)
  • Expertise in electrical systems, PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta), drives, sensors, and control circuits
  • Mechanical fault diagnosis and knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use SAP/CMMS

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with TPM and Lean Maintenance is a plus
  • Siemens TIA courses to further deepen automation and control system expertise
