Job Description:

Enroute is seeking a Senior SDET to lead the quality strategy and implement automation as a true Software Engineer. This role is for an expert in the Playwright ecosystem with a solid foundation in .NET (C#), passionate about building scalable testing solutions, applying BDD/TDD principles, and driving Quality Engineering and Continuous Integration within Azure environments. You will be instrumental in designing the testing infrastructure that ensures the reliability of all our software.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in QA Automation or SDET roles
  • 3–5 years of experience with Playwright, with a minimum of 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in framework design and ownership
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or automation using .NET (C#)
  • Experience with either Reqnroll or Specflow
  • 2 years of experience with CI/CD and practical experience with Azure DevOps
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, Insomnia)
  • Proficiency with Git / GitHub
  • Practical experience with SCRUM / AGILE, BDD/TDD principles
  • Experience using Docker

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience in pure Software Development with .NET (C#) (beyond automation scripting)
  • Advanced experience with SQL for testing and data validation
  • Experience integrating with AI models (GPT, Claude, Copilot) or other MCP servers for quality engineering initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of Front-End technologies (HTML / CSS / React)
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management systems
