Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Technology as part of Wealth Investment Management Technology's (WIMT) engineering and transformation office. In this role, you will be supporting our innovative agile environment and leading end-to-end product execution of enhanced customer experience. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will enable and accelerate quality outcomes by assertively and proactively raising issues to influence change. Additionally, you will provide reporting on agile metrics for the product to senior leadership, raising risks and concerns in delivery across the product suite.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate the scrum process with cross functional impact that involve moderately complex projects, non-projects, or maintenance work
Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
Optimize scrum team velocity to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance
Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes
Partner with discipline managers about governance policies and adherence to corporate standards
Facilitate the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the teams
Collaborate with product owners, program or project managers to communicate delivery of work product
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Background in software engineering or product management
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:

Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM (A-CSM), or equivalent Agile certification
