Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product teams
Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA transformations and/or agile delivery in SAP environments
Hands-on experience implementing Scrum in SAP landscapes with an understanding of integration challenges
Proven ability to tailor Scrum and other agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar) to specific organizational needs
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with distributed international teams
Availability during CET business hours
Certification: A-CSM or PSM II (or equivalent) plus at least one scaled agile framework certification (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
Strong command of English (C1)

Job Responsibility

Facilitate Scrum events and implement Agile practices specifically adapted to the challenges of SAP and S/4HANA transformation
Customize Scrum and (scaled) Agile frameworks to fit the organization’s pain points rather than applying strict best practices
Support product teams in becoming autonomous within the agreed agile framework
Work closely with distributed teams
Foster strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across product teams
Contribute to the development of internal hybrid agile experts (e.g., coaching, training, shadowing sessions)
Participate in the internal Scrum Master community to improve methodologies and processes
