  • PO Coaching: Empowering the Product Owner with advanced backlog management techniques, focusing on strategic planning and value-driven prioritization
  • Team Empowerment: Coaching the development squad toward self-organization and high-quality delivery by proactively removing roadblocks
  • Strategic Coordination: Assisting project leaders in planning, risk evaluation, and task tracking to keep milestones on schedule
  • Governance & Documentation: Overseeing the organization and documentation of all critical project meetings to maintain transparency

Requirements:

  • Certified in agile methodology (e.g. CSPO, CSM, Safe, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in coaching hybrid and agile IT teams
  • Partial takeover of sub-project management
  • Experience in projects in testing area
  • Jira and Confluence experience
  • C1 German & English (speaking & writing)
