Job Description:

Join us as a Senior Scrum Master supporting our German client in the construction and logistics sector. You will work with distributed product teams in an SAP environment, playing a key role in an S/4HANA transformation. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, experience tailoring agile frameworks, and the ability to co-create ways of working based on real organizational needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate Scrum events and implement Agile practices specifically adapted to the challenges of SAP and S/4HANA transformation
  • Customize Scrum and (scaled) Agile frameworks to fit the organization’s pain points rather than applying strict best practices
  • Support product teams in becoming autonomous within the agreed agile framework
  • Work closely with distributed teams
  • Foster strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across product teams
  • Contribute to the development of internal hybrid agile experts (e.g., coaching, training, shadowing sessions)
  • Participate in the internal Scrum Master community to improve methodologies and processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile product teams
  • Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA transformations and/or agile delivery in SAP environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing Scrum in SAP landscapes with an understanding of integration challenges
  • Proven ability to tailor Scrum and other agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar) to specific organizational needs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with distributed international teams
  • Availability during CET business hours
  • Certification: A-CSM or PSM II (or equivalent) plus at least one scaled agile framework certification (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.)
  • Strong command of English (C1)

Nice to have:

  • Practical experience building internal agile capabilities or supporting hybrid/agile role development
  • Working knowledge of German
  • Experience coaching individuals on Agile in SAP ecosystems
