Job Description:

The Sr Executive Scripting role will report into The Scripting Manager position. The role will involve working on the live projects as scripter, support the Scripting Manager to collaborate with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues
  • Scripting and programming medium complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform
  • Conducting rigorous testing of surveys before launch
  • Implement complex logic, routing, masking, randomization, validations, and loop structures
  • Managing workloads of the one own self as well Executive in the Team and delivery across projects
  • Liaising with leads in the Team, advising on best practice, and assisting with problem solving

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in scripting role within a market research agency
  • Proficiency in using Confirmit’s scripting platform, including authoring, logic implementation, and deployment
  • Solid understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing survey functionality and layout
  • Experience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV), as well as knowledge of relational databases and data structure management
  • Understanding of quantitative research methodologies, questionnaire structures, and healthcare market research best practices
  • Demonstrable experience of working with senior members
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills
