Job Responsibility:
Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of advanced mRNA and phage display campaigns for target and ligand discovery
Provide scientific and operational leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
Manage and mentor a team of scientists, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional growth
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across bioinformatics, structural biology, and medicinal chemistry to integrate display platforms into broader discovery workflows
Represent the company in client interactions, scientific advisory discussions, and strategic planning meetings
Contribute to the development of internal R&D programs, identifying new opportunities for platform expansion and therapeutic innovation
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and reporting for display technology projects
Publish and present research findings to enhance the company’s scientific visibility and reputation
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in mRNA and/or phage display, with demonstrated impact in drug discovery
Strong background in both academic and industrial research environments
Proven leadership in scientific project management, team supervision, and innovation
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in CRO or biotech/pharma settings is highly desirable
