PaRK International School, located in Alfragide, Lisbon, is part of the Inspired Education Group, a global network of over 70 premium schools across five continents. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior School Mathematics Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis. Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the PaRK IS Senior School curriculum, integrating the principles of the IGCSE and A Level programmes, and reflecting the school’s international and bilingual context
  • Foster conceptual understanding and critical thinking, helping students connect mathematical knowledge to real-life applications
  • Differentiate learning strategies to meet the varied needs, abilities, and learning styles of all students
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, in line with school guidelines
  • Encourage academic curiosity and independence, supporting students in developing confidence and problem-solving skills
  • Contribute to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure consistency, share best practices, and enhance interdisciplinary learning
  • Engage actively in co-curricular and enrichment activities, reflecting PaRK IS’s holistic approach to education and Inspired’s values of academic excellence, creativity, and personal growth
