Job Description:

PaRK International School is seeking Senior School Cover Teachers with recurring availability to provide short-term, occasional cover on a freelance basis (recibos verdes). Cover may be required across Key Stage 3, IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme classes, depending on subject expertise. Immediate availability is an advantage. This is not a fixed-term contract, and cover requests may be for a single day or brief periods throughout the academic year. By applying, you will join a longlist of educators who may be contacted when cover is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide short-term, occasional cover on a freelance basis
  • Cover may be required across Key Stage 3, IGCSE and/or IB Diploma Programme classes

Requirements:

  • A relevant university degree (subject-specific for Senior School teaching)
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching secondary-level students
  • An understanding of international curricula (IGCSE and/or IB experience is an advantage)
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to short-notice cover requests
  • A positive, proactive and professional attitude
