This is a commercially focused role combining underwriting expertise, broker relationship management, and portfolio strategy. The Opportunity: You’ll take ownership of complex underwriting decisions while playing a key role in driving profitable growth across a specialist schemes portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape underwriting strategy and strengthen key broker partnerships.
