Job Description:

This role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales and reports to Head of Flight Scheduling & Slot Management. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational and commercial performance of TUI Airline, transforming complex commercial objectives into optimised flight schedules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and publish optimised flight schedules
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage TUI's slot portfolio, ensuring compliance with IATA WSG and EU regulations
  • Act as a key interface with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Fleet, Crew Planning, Ground Handling, and Finance
  • Lead scenario simulations and performance monitoring
  • Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes
  • Establish responsive planning processes during disruptions
