Job Description:

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. The position offers flexibility in work style and opportunities for professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & Recruiting)
  • Configure and customize EC and Recruiting modules following best practices
  • Participate in all project phases: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
  • Provide strategic consulting to optimize HR processes
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation
  • Conduct client workshops and deliver end-user training
  • Ensure integration with other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll)
  • Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC & Recruiting)
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation
  • Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues reported by clients
  • Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as requested
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines
  • Collaborate with technical teams for complex problem-solving and integrations
  • Prepare regular reports on support activities and system health

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
  • Experience in international projects and working with distributed teams
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • Leadership and mentoring skills for junior consultants
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC and/or Recruiting) is desired
  • German or another EU language is a plus
