The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Job Responsibility:
Analyze business requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors (EC & Recruiting)
Configure and customize EC and Recruiting modules following best practices
Participate in all project phases: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support
Provide strategic consulting to optimize HR processes
Prepare functional and technical documentation
Conduct client workshops and deliver end-user training
Ensure integration with other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll)
Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues
Provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC & Recruiting)
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation
Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues reported by clients
Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes as requested
Communicate effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines
Collaborate with technical teams for complex problem-solving and integrations
Prepare regular reports on support activities and system health
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on Employee Central and Recruiting
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations
Experience in international projects and working with distributed teams
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Leadership and mentoring skills for junior consultants
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
SAP SuccessFactors certification (EC and/or Recruiting) is desired
German or another EU language is a plus
