We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. Job Responsibility
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision-making
Take ownership of pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations
Manage and facilitate client workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction
Ensure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
Strong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting), with multiple end-to-end implementations delivered
Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions
High level of autonomy and accountability, including ownership of deliverables and client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Italian + English), both written and spoken
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team
Availability to travel based on project needs (short/medium/long-term)
