As an HR-IT / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d) in our team, you can expect a diverse and exciting range of responsibilities. You will support our clients from requirements analysis, through design and implementation, to operation, and you will be an expert in innovative solutions. Your tasks will include, in particular: Consulting work in the conception, development and implementation of HR-IT concepts for national and international clients. Conducting workshops, tests and training sessions with clients Configuration of SAP HR solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Taking on responsibility as project manager We support our clients in the continuous optimization of their system landscape, in error analysis, with improvement suggestions, and in the operation of HR IT solutions. Cloud solutions are characterized by constant changes and improvements and require an understanding of the interrelationships within HR processes and the system.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Successfully completed studies, preferably in the fields of industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or business administration
Experience in implementing one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
Ideally, you already have project management experience
Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
