Job Responsibility:

Design, configure, and implement SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module solutions based on business requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for order to cash (OTC) processes
Configure and customize SAP SD functionalities such as pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules such as Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP)
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and user guides
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to OTC processes
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD implementations
Stay updated with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends in Sales and Distribution

Requirements:

SAP SD Module: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module configuration and customization
OTC Processes: Understanding of order to cash (OTC) processes including pricing, billing, shipping, and sales orders
SAP Integration: Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP) and third-party systems
Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements
Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements
End-User Training: Experience conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users on SAP SD
Documentation: Ability to create and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes
Troubleshooting and Support: Proficiency in providing production support and issue resolution for SAP SD
Testing: Experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP SD
SAP Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP best practices and industry standards for Sales and Distribution
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex SAP SD issues
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with new SAP functionalities and industry trends
SAP Implementation Methodology: Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP or Activate
Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for SAP SD implementations
Change Management: Experience with change management processes related to SAP SD configurations
Localization and Globalization: Understanding of SAP SD localization and globalization requirements for multinational companies
