Job Description:

Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programs. As Senior SAP executive at Sigma Technology ERP Advisory you will hold a senior, strategic role within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. You are accountable for the overall leadership, governance, and coordination of the program’s foundational capabilities, ensuring successful delivery across technology, integration, testing, development, infrastructure, and security. This role is fully dedicated to program execution and does not include ongoing operational or line responsibilities. You will act as the single point of accountability for SAP foundation domains and report to the Operations Program Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for all SAP foundation domains within the transformation program
  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor domain sub-leads across Technology, Integration, Testing, Development, and Security
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and KPIs across all foundation areas
  • Ensure strong alignment between foundational capabilities, program objectives, and delivery milestones
  • Act as the primary escalation point for risks, dependencies, and issues impacting program delivery
  • Collaborate closely with program management, business leaders, IT stakeholders, and external partners to enable cohesive execution
  • Define and maintain the SAP S/4HANA technology roadmap in alignment with the overall transformation strategy
  • Oversee platform transitions and evaluate emerging SAP technologies, including cloud-based solutions and SAP BTP
  • Provide strategic oversight of the SAP testing approach, covering automation, regression, and performance testing
  • Drive continuous test automation and efficiency improvements across Template Evolution and Roll-in initiatives
  • Own the SAP integration architecture and strategy, ensuring secure and seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Coordinate and monitor integration delivery in close collaboration with system integrators
  • Define development standards and oversee all custom development activities, including WRICEFs delivered via factory models
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, and strict adherence to program requirements
  • Define and implement the SAP security and authorization strategy in collaboration with internal IT Security and system integrator experts
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP architecture and foundation domains within large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional, international SAP teams and domain leads
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RICE/WRICEF, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and cloud deployments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Solid experience in program governance and strategic planning
