We are seeking a Senior SAP Retail Consultant for one of our clients, an international leader in the retail and lifestyle industry with a vast global reach. This position is part of a strategic initiative to establish a Global Competence Center (GCC) in Poland, aimed at centralizing and modernizing digital operations across European markets. In this role, you will be a key architect of the brand’s evolution toward a “Direct-to-Consumer” (DTC) model. You will work as part of a high-performing, global team tasked with integrating complex e-commerce ecosystems with physical retail infrastructure during the critical implementation and launch phase.
Job Responsibility
Design and configure SAP Retail and SAP MM modules, focusing on Inter/Intra Company Stock Transport orders and inventory flow
Lead integrations between SAP and 3rd party logistics (3PL), POS (Xstore), and E-com Order Management (Manhattan OMS)
Implement and optimize SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) to provide a single, unified view of the European market
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical developers, ensuring requirements are translated into scalable solutions
Provide high-level expertise during testing, go-live, and hypercare phases for major regional rollouts
Research and recommend enhancements using S/4HANA and Fiori to keep the system landscape at the cutting edge
Requirements
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail and SAP MM implementation projects
Comprehensive knowledge of procurement, pricing, and stock management within a large-scale retail environment
Proficiency in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems (3rd party APIs) and a strong grasp of MM-FI/MM-SD touchpoints
A proven track record of successful "go-live" cycles and a deep understanding of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) business logic
Fluent English for daily communication in a matrixed global structure and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Readiness for one evening call per week (PST time zone) and occasional project-based weekend support during go-live events
