The Senior SAP Project Manager role at NTT DATA requires over 7 years of experience in leading complex SAP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and budget management. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and experience in Life Sciences is preferred. Job Responsibility:
Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement
Drive digital transformation initiatives including serialization, traceability, and data integrity
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
Act as a primary point of contact and build trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Monitor project expenditure, resource allocation, and headcount
Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies
Facilitate workshops and review sessions to document existing business processes and define future-state processes
Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members
Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to developing new business opportunities within the SAP space
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 1 end to end SAP programs
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, alternatively SAP ECC, migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems
PMP, ITIL, SAP Activate certification preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership
Fluent in English
