Job Description:

The project is part of a long-term digital transformation initiative within a leading healthcare distributor in the Middle East. The company supplies pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, OTC and herbal products, and medical solutions from global brands, with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP MM modules (procurement, inventory, master data)
  • Manage material and vendor master data, purchasing groups, and related structures
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve functional issues
  • Provide end-user training, support, and documentation
  • Identify and implement process and data improvements
  • Analyze workflows, define requirements, and support implementation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SAP MM functional experience
  • Experience integrating MM with SD, FI, and CO
  • Solid understanding of procurement and logistics processes
  • Skilled in documentation, user training, and functional support
  • Ability to work with large data volumes and long-term transformation projects
  • Familiarity with hierarchical BoM concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with finance, procurement, logistics, and SAP experts
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
