Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP MII Developer to lead the analysis, design, and development of SAP MII integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Blue Yonder, and various manufacturing applications. This role is a key contributor to a strategic initiative implementing global SAP S/4HANA and Blue Yonder platforms for the U.S. market and manufacturing operations across the Americas.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP MII solutions integrating SAP ECC with MES/EMS/WMS systems
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, and business teams to capture requirements and deliver integration solutions
  • Review and validate development work from other SAP MII developers
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data flow, connectivity, and performance
  • Support and optimize existing MII integrations and interfaces
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across connected systems
  • Document technical specifications, integration flows, and support procedures
  • Partner with System Integrators, Business Partners, IT teams, and Enterprise Architecture to remediate applications per global standards
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Business Process Leads, Data & IT Tower Leads, and Global IT teams (Enterprise Architecture, Solution Delivery, etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP MII development (10+ years preferred)
  • Proven experience integrating SAP ECC with manufacturing systems (MES, EMS, WMS)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor systems
  • Proficiency in XML, SQL, and MII-related web technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Light physical effort
  • occasional lifting/moving of objects under 10 lbs
  • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for prolonged periods
  • Manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and prolonged computer use required

  • 10+ years of SAP MII development experience
