Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP MDG Program Manager with a strong background in leading SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering end to end SAP MDG solutions within large, global SAP landscapes, particularly in highly regulated Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical environments. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands on execution capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage SAP MDG programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Oversee the delivery of SAP MDG solutions from inception to completion, ensuring high quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to harmonize business processes and establish robust master data governance frameworks
  • Support ECC to S/4HANA transformations, ensuring seamless integration and data migration
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to manage program delivery effectively
  • Engage with stakeholders and executives to communicate program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Implement data quality frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices in master data management

Requirements:

  • 10–14+ years of SAP experience with significant leadership in SAP MDG programs
  • Proven experience delivering SAP MDG end to end in large, global SAP landscapes
  • Strong expertise in Master Data Management and data quality frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SAP Management Accounting – ECC transformations
  • Strong program management capability across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience operating in highly regulated Life Sciences in Pharma Development environments
  • Strong integration knowledge (SAP and Non SAP) and understanding of data migration principles

Nice to have:

  • Experience working within GSK or similar global pharmaceutical organizations
  • SAP NetWeaver MDG Functional certification
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification
  • Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) tools and dashboards
  • Experience extending governance to R&D, reference, or non ERP master data
