Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Junior FICO Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Junior FICO Consultant will work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementation projects, provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, and ensure successful delivery of solutions to our clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist senior consultants in gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and designing solutions for SAP FICO implementation projects
  • Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders, based on client requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, documentation, and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and risks
  • Assist in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing sessions to educate end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize SAP FICO solutions for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, technologies, and innovations, and assess their potential impact on our clients' business processes and systems
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects, with a focus on finance and controlling processes
  • Solid understanding of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders
  • Experience in configuring SAP FICO modules and conducting unit testing to ensure the quality and stability of solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • SAP certification in FICO or related modules is a plus
  • Experience in other SAP modules or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is desirable
