Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Platinum Consultant with 12+ years of deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). This role requires the ability to work with global teams, deliver high-impact solutions, and engage directly with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should demonstrate platinum-level consulting expertise, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, including S/4HANA environments
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for finance and controlling processes, offering strategic guidance and best practices
  • Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Oversee financial reporting, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and internal orders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to ensure solution alignment with business goals
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process optimization
  • Prepare and deliver documentation, workshops, and training for key users and business teams
  • Support global implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects
  • Potential travel to client sites as per project requirements

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO across global implementations, upgrades, and support projects
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Expertise in S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable
  • Integration experience with modules such as MM, SD, PP, and Project Systems (PS)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills in fluent English with no mother tongue influence
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with C-level executives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Experience with multinational, multi-currency financial environments

Nice to have:

  • SAP Certified in FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance
  • Prior experience in platinum-level consulting or working with SAP Gold Partners
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries
  • Familiarity with Agile / SAP Activate methodologies
  • Knowledge of localization and statutory requirements in different regions
