Job Description

Our client in Aerospace and Defence is looking for an experienced Senior SAP Developer to join their established SAP team, helping to develop, support and enhance a large-scale SAP environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop and support SAP solutions across ABAP, Workflow, Fiori/UI5, OData and CDS
  • Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP solutions
  • Lead development activities across both project delivery and BAU support, ensuring work is delivered to agreed standards and timescales
  • Drive continuous improvement, provide technical guidance to colleagues, and help shape the future SAP landscape
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and ensure solutions are fully tested and fit for purpose

Requirements

  • 5+ years' SAP development experience with strong expertise in ABAP, Workflow, Fiori/UI5, OData and CDS
  • Experience working across SAP functional modules such as FI, HCM, MM, SCM, PM, PP and PS
  • Strong understanding of SAP development best practices, solution design and technical documentation
  • Experience delivering SAP solutions within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
