Job Description:

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a talented Senior SAP Data Analyst to join our team in Geneva. This role offers the opportunity to work from home with frequent visits to our Geneva office, providing an ideal blend of flexibility and collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and optimize data related to finance (Record-to-Report), procurement (Procure-to-Pay), and sales (Order-to-Cash) processes
Work with enterprise ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP ECC
Apply deep knowledge of key ERP modules in Finance, Procurement, and Sales to understand data flows
Utilize SAP data analytics and querying tools, such as SAP Query, SAP ABAP Query, and SAP Data Browser
Analyse current business processes to generate reports and perform data validation across P2P, O2C, and R2R data and look at current gaps and areas for improvement
Conduct overall process mapping and analysis to document end-to-end process flows and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and sales to translate data findings into business insights

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in SAP data analysis, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end business processes across finance, procurement, and sales
Experience working in large enterprises or industries with complex worldwide financial operations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods) is preferred
Strong expertise in enterprise ERP systems, with SAP ECC experience strongly preferred
Good knowledge of key ERP modules in Finance, Procurement, and Sales
Proficiency in SAP data analytics and querying tools (SAP Query, SAP ABAP Query, SAP Data Browser)
Skilled in process mapping and analysis
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools (SAP BW, Power BI)
Strong interpersonal communication skills in English

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines in cross-functional teams
Solid business analysis skills

Nice to have:
