Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP CPQ solutions that streamline the Configure-Price-Quote process and improve sales effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CPQ solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quoting
  • Design and configure product models and attributes
  • Design and configure pricing rules, discount structures, and approvals
  • Design and configure quote templates and document generation
  • Develop and maintain configuration rules
  • Develop and maintain pricing logic (cost, margin, volume-based pricing)
  • Develop and maintain approval workflows
  • Integrate SAP CPQ with third-party systems (ERP, Salesforce, billing systems/Custom Tools)
  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot CPQ issues and provide post-go-live support
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation and train end users and business teams on CPQ functionalities
  • Follow Agile/Scrum delivery practices and participate in sprint ceremonies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of SAP experience
  • 4+ Years of SAP CPQ Module experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPQ configuration and implementation
  • Solid understanding of product configuration logic
  • Solid understanding of pricing and discounting models
  • Solid understanding of quote lifecycle management
  • Experience with CPQ scripting, formulas, and rules
  • Knowledge of integrations using REST APIs / web services
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP order-to-cash processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • SAP CPQ Certification
  • Experience with SAP Sales Cloud / C4C
