Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our clients fast-paced and collaborative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems, with a focus on HR and HCM modules. You will play a key role in system upgrades, issue resolution, and ensuring the overall stability, performance, and security of our SAP landscape.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations under your belt
Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP HR, SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management (HCM), and SuccessFactors, including integrations with other HR systems
Conduct FIT-GAP analyses and facilitate business and process architecture workshops to gather and refine requirements
Configure and customise SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with a deep understanding of data structures, data flows, and system interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, using a problem-solving mindset to identify root causes and present viable solutions
Identify gaps and proactively develop innovative solutions that align with business needs and drive operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project goals
Demonstrate strong leadership and team collaboration, contributing to a positive, results-driven team culture

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience with proven delivery across multiple end-to-end implementations
Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with hands-on configuration skills
Experience in HR systems integration and data architecture
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels of the organisation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Must have an active AGSVA security clearance
